Every time I look down on this timeless town whether blue or gray be her skies.Whether loud be her cheersor soft be her tears more and more do I realize:I love Paris in the springtime.I love Paris in the fall.I love Paris in the winter when it drizzles,I love Paris in the summer when it sizzles.I love Paris every moment, every moment of the year.I love Paris, why, oh why do I love Paris?Because my love is near.
American Airlines felt so bad for me that they put me in first class. This is the only way to fly.

Leaving Paris for Charles de Gaulle airport.

"Goodbye My Lover"Did I disappoint you or let you down?Should I be feeling guilty or let the judges frown?'Cause I saw the end before we'd begun,Yes I saw you were blinded and I knew I had won.So I took what's mine by eternal right.Took your soul out into the night. It may be over but it won't stop there,I am here for you if you'd only care. You touched my heart you touched my soul. You changed my life and all my goals. And love is blind and that I knew when,My heart was blinded by you.I've kissed your lips and held your hand.Shared your dreams and shared your bed.I know you well, I know your smell.I've been addicted to you.Goodbye my lover.Goodbye my friend. You have been the one.You have been the one for me.I am a dreamer and when i wake,You can't break my spirit - it's my dreams you take. And as you move on, remember me,Remember us and all we used to beI've seen you cry, I've seen you smile.I've watched you sleeping for a while.I'd be the father of your child.I'd spend a lifetime with you.I know your fears and you know mine. We've had our doubts but now we're fine,And I love you, I swear that's true.I cannot live without you.Goodbye my lover.Goodbye my friend. You have been the one.You have been the one for me.And I still hold your hand in mine.In mine when I'm asleep. And I will bare my soul in time,When I'm kneeling at your feet.Goodbye my lover.Goodbye my friend. You have been the one.You have been the one for me.I'm so hollow, baby, I'm so hollow.I'm so, I'm so, I'm so hollow.I'm so hollow, baby, I'm so hollow.I'm so, I'm so, I'm so hollow.

I had to decide if I was going to stay in paris for the next eight days, with my injuries, or return to Chicago. I was laying bed and realized I was alone and all the people I knew in Paris were now in surburbs or in some other city, and I booked a flight for the following day to leave this timeless town

Apartment People in PARIS !

Back at the hotel. The view from my bed

My Doctuer gave me one more shot of morphine(for the road). BC is feeling no pain,

What a fucked up picture. The parametics took this pic in the ambulance. Assholes. Hit a brother when he is down. the view of the " hopitaux" :(

bc leaving the " hopitaux ", heading back to Paris :(

This is after the third and final surgery. My leg is about 5 times the size it usually is.

The back drop of the photo is of a mountain range, I am not sure the name of the montains , but they are beautiful. In the lobby of this "hopitaux" you have cute french children selling their families produce to the " hopitaux ". You have five years olds negotiating the prices of green beans, and farmers walking into the " hopitaux" with half a cow attached to their shoulders. The days I spent in Boulogne were the most relaxing days of my live. I will miss this little town.

I was taken to Boulogne France for surgery. Boulogne is the prettiest city I ever have the pleassure to Visit. This includes Paris.

The Building on the right is Gare de Nord ( that is the train station I was to use to go to Rome) Now all I can do, from this "urgent room ", is to stare at it.

Arriving to the " Urgent Room" at Hopitaux de Paris ( Fancy )!

BC in the ambulance . Not a good shot.

my chariot awaits . Look at my foot.

The scene of the crime. This is one on the Metropolitain stops in Montmartre. My hotel was in Saint Germain, but I had to start my adventure in my favorite part of town
